Christopher T. Tall is the Chief of the Midwest Field Office for the United States Office of Special Counsel (OSC) in Detroit, Michigan. Tall joined OSC as an attorney in 2004. Tall is a graduate of Kent State University’s College of Business in Kent, Ohio and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. He has also done post-graduate work at CWRU’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and Weatherhead School of Management in the areas of human resource management and nonprofit law. Tall has been licensed to practice law since 1992. Tall’s professional career includes serving as an Executive Director for the Northern Ohio area office of the United Negro College Fund, Trust Officer in the Private Banking Division of Key Bank in Cleveland, Ohio as well as Legal Counsel for the Ohio Lottery Commission.
