OSC today transmitted a report to President Biden finding that Carla Sands, former U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, violated the Hatch Act.

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) today transmitted a report to President Joseph R. Biden finding that Carla Sands, former U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, violated the Hatch Act on several occasions when she used her official Twitter account to engage in political activity, including by soliciting political contributions.
