OSC and Special Counsel Hampton Dellinger extend their congratulations to former Special Counsel Henry J. Kerner on his unanimous U.S. Senate confirmation to MSPB.

Today, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) and Special Counsel Hampton Dellinger extend their congratulations to former Special Counsel Henry J. Kerner on his unanimous U.S. Senate confirmation last evening to be a Board Member of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).

"We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Henry Kerner on his well-deserved confirmation to the Merit Systems Protection Board," said Special Counsel Dellinger. "Henry was my predecessor here at OSC where he was instrumental in helping make OSC one of the best places to work in the federal government. I thank him for being helpful and gracious to me as I begin my term. Henry's dedication to public service and commitment to upholding the merit system principles will undoubtedly serve our nation well as he joins MSPB."
